a concluding experience with reports and architectural field knowledge
Project 1 : Documentation of Building Plan Submission
in a group of 5, we need to research and get an understanding of statutory requirements from the authorities, UBBL and fire safety guidelines to implement into one of our architectural design V projects.
on top of that, to establish an understanding of the structural system, materials and other relevant technology and apply on the drawings of the selected project.
ultimately, produce a complete set of architectural working drawings for Building Plan submission.

this is part of the marking criteria, and therefore i thought why not include it.
this is a reflective writing on a week-long event aimed for industry players offering workshops designedto meet the programme's needs and enhance students' employability.
in the brief, there are some reflective questions to help, for example, "What can I do better since this event?"

as the module of this name implies, this is an intergated project, so this last project really dig deep into the integration by investigating, analyzing and reporting the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders in a project life cycle, and the relationships between all of them.
the final submission include an A4 landscape proposal that should consist of 5 main components:
1] project introduction
2] project analysis covering issues of design suitability and project viability
3] project phases
4] resource planning, cost control, risk analysis and management, conflict and change management
5] project planning and scheduling
all of which should allow the understanding the strategies to reach a satisfactory project completion and goals.
