Project 1: Building Services in Multi-Storey Buildings Involving Public Use
with a group of 5, study on a public building, that has been approved by tutor.
in the case study, analysis of following systems need to be conducted:
- mechanical ventilation system
- air-conditioning system
- fire protection system (active and passive)
- mechanical transportation system
under the studies of these systems, estimated sizes, explanation, relevant diagrams should be provided and building services literature should be reviewed
in the end, to produce a softcopy A4 size report.

Project 2: Application of Building Services
an individual project that is an integration with our main design module, architectural design V.
to demonstrate understanding of building services, we are required to propose and design appropriate systems for our designed community centre.
systems include:
- cold and hot water supply system
- sewerage and sanitary system
- drainage system
- electricity supply system
attached under the systems are relevant drawings and diagrams, including specifications, symbols, legends, images, texts and UBBL clauses and acts.
to produce content onto 2 A2 sized sheets.
